Question by Hana: Green tea and weight loss...?
I'm trying to lose about 10-15 pounds before school starts back (about a month and a half) I have a slow metabolism so even with healthy eating and exercise it takes me longer to loose weight.
I've heard that green tea aids weight loss? That it helps boost your metabolism or something... Is that true? and by green tea, do they mean hot, cold, or either one?

I'm the same as you, I have a slow metabolism, so it takes me longer to lose weight.
Green tea is great for helping! :) Drink it hot (don't burn your mouth though) and drink it regularly (like 5 cups a day, between meals).
Apples also help the metabolism, so you should try eating a few of them a day.
